25% of the total trip cost should be made as an advance payment 2 months prior to the trip
As soon as the trip is confirmed. It guarantees your intent to trip to Nepal so that company can arrange all kinds of logistics, documents and permits required for the trip.
The Advance Payment is non refundable
Full settlement of the trip cost should be made before the start of the trip or upon arrival in Nepal Advance Payment can be made using direct bank deposit from any bank in the world,remittance, online payment etc.

Bank service charge should be paid by the clients themselves at the time of deposit.If the client pays through credit card, 5% charge of the total amount is levied.
For any consideration regarding the terms alluded, a bilateral negotiation can be attempted between the hosting company and the client.If Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural
disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we would be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even though if alternative doesn’t fit your personal interest, all advance payment paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
Having paid full amount of any trip, you’re entitled to incur refund in case if you want to cancel your trip. Still, cancellation charge is invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip. Nevertheless, you’re imposed cancellation charge as advised below: -
Cancellation received 60 days or more before the tour starts: No Cancellation Fees will be charged
Cancellation received less than 60 days before the tour starts: Deposit will be non-refundable
Cancellation received less 3 - 10 days before the tour starts: 50% Cancellation Fee will be charged
Cancellation received within 48 hours before the tour starts: 100% Cancellation Fee will be charged
Nepal Adventure Pilgrimage puts every effort to ensure your comfortable traveling, but it is must to understand that what you might be accustomed to in the other affluent countries, the Himalayan countries can’t afford such facilities. Weather is another factor that directly impacts your journey.Hence, patience in mind, enthusiasm and proper preparation before beginning is must to venture in to journey.
