Tamang Heritage Trek difficulty & altitude sickness

The Tamang Heritage Trek is a relatively moderate trek with maximum altitude of 3,870 meters at the top of the Nagthali viewpoint. However, altitude sickness can be a concern for some trekkers, particularly for those who have not acclimatized properly. It is essential to take appropriate precautions to prevent altitude sickness, such as drinking plenty of water, ascending slowly, and allowing time for acclimatization.
